Shipping and Returns


Items are normally produced and shipped within 3 business days after ordering.  During peak holiday times, production may take up to 7 days.  All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which offers delivery within 3 business days. 

**NOTE: DUE TO COVID-10, USPS is not guaranteeing 3 day delivery for their Priority Mail, so please order early enough to accommodate a longer delivery schedule.**  Orders will not be cancelled or refunded due to extended delivery dates.

Blue Wallaroo does not ship outside of the United States. 


We want you to be pleased with your Blue Wallaroo purchase. Every item is made “to order”.  We do not stock finished product, and therefore do not accept returns unless there is an error with your order. 

If something is amiss with your order, we ask that you provide a description and photo of the error to us.  If the mistake is ours, we will gladly replace the item at no charge to you.  To initiate a replacement for a mistake we made, you must call 410-415-1111 to arrange the return.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If you’ve changed your mind and want different product (size, color, or design), you can return your unwanted product for 50% product credit with a re-order for new product.  Shipping charges are not refundable and we do not reimburse return shipping costs.  Call 410-415-1111 to initiate a return for partial credit with a new order.  All returns and replacements must be made within 30 days of receipt.
